Currently Grindrod Terminals operates from Namibia on the West coast to Maputo on the East coast and has invested in the infrastructure and assets required to handle various bulk commodities offering a world class service to customers.
Grindrod has many well established long term relationships with the major mining houses, international commodity traders and large industrial consumers. Grindrod Terminals strive to offer a competitive route to market for all current and prospective customers.
Management and operations of the terminals is an integrated “one-stop“ service and includes:
• Stevedoring, clearing and forwarding, etc.
• Stock management
• Cargo flow management of bulk cargo from pit to port,
• Storage (warehousing, stockpiling, silage)
• Shiploading (conveying, trucking) or discharging
