Grindrod Terminals Maydon Wharf
This terminal operation in the port of Durban handles fertiliser and containers as its main focus but also handles steel, project cargo, bagged cargo as well as other bulk and break bulk cargo. The current through put of the facilities is 500 000 tons of bulk and break bulk cargo and 30 000 containers per annum.

- Cargo handling into and out of the warehouse/container yard

- Blending and bagging of bulk cargos
The facilities at Maydon Wharf comprise of four warehouses totaling 63 000 m² and a 14 000 m² container yard. The storage capacity of the warehouses is 140-150 000 tons and the container yard has a storage capacity of 1 300 containers. These facilities have landing and shipping rights.
